This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs permitted and prohibited uses of the Stay With The Question (“SWTQ”) platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy forms part of the SWTQ Terms of Service.
SWTQ is operated by FalconBridge Partners FZC LLC, an Ajman Free Zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose of the Service
SWTQ is intended to support:

reflective inquiry;

coaching-style exploration;
-
journaling;
-
structured questioning;
-
self-reflection; and
-
personal insight development.
The Service is not intended for:
-
emergency support;
-
illegal activities;
-
abusive conduct;
-
harassment;
-
exploitation;
-
harmful automation; or
-
activities creating unreasonable operational or legal risk.
2. Lawful Use Requirement
You may use the Service only in compliance with:

applicable laws;
-
regulations;
-
sanctions rules;
-
export-control laws;
-
third-party rights; and
-
these Terms and Policies.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and content submitted through the Service.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:

violate any law or regulation;
-
infringe intellectual-property rights;
-
harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
-
engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity;
-
promote violence or self-harm;
-
facilitate illegal activity;
-
distribute malware or malicious code;
-
interfere with platform security or stability;
-
impersonate another person or entity;
-
collect personal information without authorization; or
-
attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Users may not use the Service in ways that create foreseeable risk of harm to themselves or others.
4. Mental Health and Crisis Restrictions
SWTQ is not a crisis-intervention or emergency-support service.
You may not rely on the Service:

during emergencies;
-
for suicide-prevention support;
-
for self-harm intervention;
-
for psychiatric treatment;
-
for medical diagnosis; or
-
as a substitute for qualified human care.
Users experiencing crisis situations should contact:
-
local emergency services;
-
licensed healthcare providers; or
-
qualified crisis-support organizations.
FalconBridge reserves the right to restrict access where crisis-risk indicators are detected.
5. AI and Automation Restrictions
You may not:
-
use bots or automated systems to scrape the Service;
-
extract prompts, outputs, datasets, or system behavior at scale;
-
reverse engineer AI workflows or system prompts;
-
probe or benchmark the Service without authorization;
-
use the Service to train competing AI systems;
-
attempt prompt injection or model manipulation attacks; or
-
circumvent usage restrictions or technical safeguards.
Automated or abusive access may result in immediate suspension.
6. Security Restrictions
You may not:
-
bypass authentication systems;
-
interfere with platform infrastructure;
-
test vulnerabilities without authorization;
-
access accounts or data belonging to others;
-
overload the Service;
-
launch denial-of-service attacks;
-
introduce malicious software; or
-
interfere with monitoring or logging systems.
Security incidents may be investigated and reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

reproduce;
-
distribute;
-
resell;
-
republish;
-
commercially exploit;
-
modify; or
-
create derivative works from
any portion of the Service, including:
-
branding;
-
prompts;
-
workflows;
-
coaching structures;
-
interface designs;
-
proprietary content; or
-
software components.
Third-party names, trademarks, and methodologies referenced within the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
8. User Content Standards
You may not submit content that:

is unlawful;
-
defamatory;
-
abusive;
-
threatening;
-
hateful;
-
sexually exploitative;
-
discriminatory;
-
fraudulent;
-
intentionally misleading; or
-
invasive of another person’s privacy.
You remain solely responsible for content submitted through your account.
FalconBridge does not actively monitor all user content but reserves the right to remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary.
9. Commercial and Competitive Restrictions
You may not use the Service:

to build competing products;
-
for unauthorized commercial resale;
-
for data extraction or aggregation;
-
for market intelligence collection;
-
for unauthorized benchmarking; or
-
in connection with high-risk commercial automation.
Enterprise or organizational use may require separate written agreements.
10. Payment and Subscription Abuse
Users may not:
-
abuse refund systems;
-
conduct fraudulent chargebacks;
-
exploit promotional offers dishonestly;
-
create duplicate accounts to bypass limits; or
-
manipulate billing systems.
FalconBridge reserves the right to suspend accounts associated with payment abuse or fraud.
11. International Use and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use the Service if:
-
prohibited under applicable sanctions laws;
-
located in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions; or
-
restricted under export-control regulations.
You represent that:
-
you are not a sanctioned person;
-
you are not acting on behalf of sanctioned entities; and
-
your use complies with applicable trade and export laws.
12. Monitoring and Enforcement
FalconBridge reserves the right to:
-
investigate suspected violations;
-
monitor platform integrity and security;
-
suspend or terminate accounts;
-
restrict access;
-
preserve operational logs; and
-
cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary for:
-
safety;
-
legal compliance;
-
platform integrity;
-
abuse prevention; or
-
security.
13. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this Policy may be reported to:
abuse@stwtq.com
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow reasonable investigation.
14. Changes to This Policy
FalconBridge may modify this Acceptable Use Policy periodically.
Material changes may be communicated through:
-
email;
-
in-app notifications; or
-
publication within the Service.
Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
