This Subscription and Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, credits, and refunds operate for the Stay With The Question (“SWTQ”) platform and related services.
This Policy forms part of the SWTQ Terms of Service.
SWTQ is operated by FalconBridge Partners FZC LLC, an Ajman Free Zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Subscription Products and Services
SWTQ may offer one or more of the following products or access models:
-
monthly subscriptions;
-
annual subscriptions;
-
lifetime-access products;
-
usage-based question-credit packs;
-
promotional offers;
-
free or discounted trial periods; and/or
-
future premium features or tiers.
Available pricing, entitlements, features, and billing intervals are displayed at the time of purchase.
FalconBridge reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue pricing plans or product structures at any time.
2. Reverse Trial and Promotional Access
SWTQ may offer promotional access periods, including a 14-day reverse trial.
During a reverse trial:
-
users may access subscription features before being charged;
-
payment information may be collected at signup;
-
charges may occur automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand; and
-
trial eligibility may be limited to first-time subscribers.
By enrolling in a reverse trial, you authorize FalconBridge and its payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fee at the end of the promotional period unless cancelled before renewal.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before renewal.
Depending on your selected plan, billing may occur:
-
monthly;
-
annually; or
-
at another disclosed recurring interval.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize:
-
recurring billing;
-
automatic payment collection;
-
applicable taxes and transaction fees; and
-
payment processing through our third-party payment providers.
Subscription charges are processed using the payment method associated with your account.
If payment fails:
-
access may be suspended;
-
retries may occur automatically;
-
subscription status may change; and/or
-
account access may be limited until payment is resolved.
4. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Stripe and related payment infrastructure providers.
FalconBridge does not directly store full payment-card information.
Payment processing is subject to:
-
the payment provider’s terms;
-
card-network rules;
-
banking requirements; and
-
applicable laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current and valid.
5. Question Credits and Usage-Based Products
SWTQ may offer usage-based products, including question-credit packs or similar consumable features.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
credits are personal to the purchasing account;
-
credits are non-transferable;
-
credits have no cash value;
-
credits cannot be exchanged for currency;
-
credits may expire if specified at purchase; and
-
consumed credits are non-refundable.
FalconBridge reserves the right to modify credit structures, pricing, or redemption rules.
6. Lifetime Access Products
Certain products may be described as “lifetime” access.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing:
-
“lifetime” refers to the commercially reasonable operational lifetime of the SWTQ product;
-
lifetime access applies only to the purchased product tier or feature set;
-
future premium features or materially different products may require separate payment; and
-
FalconBridge does not guarantee perpetual or uninterrupted operation of the Service.
If SWTQ permanently ceases operation, FalconBridge shall have no ongoing obligation to maintain access except where required by law.
7. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through:
-
your account settings;
-
the applicable payment portal; or
-
support contact channels provided by SWTQ.
Cancellation:
-
stops future renewals;
-
does not retroactively reverse completed charges;
-
does not automatically generate refunds; and
-
does not immediately terminate access for already-paid billing periods unless otherwise stated.
Users remain responsible for managing cancellations before renewal dates.
Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and ends future billing.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Subscription Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
-
monthly or annual subscription purchases may be eligible for refund requests within seven (7) days of the initial purchase or renewal charge;
-
refunds after substantial usage may be reduced or denied;
-
partial billing periods are generally non-refundable; and
-
repeated or abusive refund behavior may result in denial of future refunds.
8.2 Lifetime Product Refunds
Lifetime-access purchases may be eligible for refund requests within thirty (30) days of purchase.
After this period, lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
8.3 Question Credits and Consumables
Consumed question credits, usage-based entitlements, and similar consumable digital products are non-refundable.
Unused credits may be refundable only where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase.
8.4 Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Promotional purchases, discounted plans, bundled products, or special offers may be subject to separate refund conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
8.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on:

payment provider;
-
banking institution;
-
card issuer; and
-
jurisdiction.
FalconBridge reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to evaluate refund requests.
9. Taxes and Currency
Prices may be displayed in various currencies.
Users are responsible for:
-
applicable taxes;
-
foreign-exchange fees;
-
banking charges; and
-
jurisdiction-specific charges.
Displayed prices may exclude taxes where permitted by law.
Final billing amounts may vary due to:
-
tax calculations;
-
exchange-rate fluctuations; or
-
payment-provider charges.
10. Price Changes
FalconBridge reserves the right to modify:
-
subscription pricing;
-
billing structures;
-
included features;
-
usage limits; and
-
plan configurations.
Where legally required, users will receive advance notice of material pricing changes before renewal.
Continued use of the Service after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
11. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
FalconBridge reserves the right to:
-
investigate suspicious transactions;
-
deny purchases;
-
suspend accounts;
-
reverse access;
-
limit refunds; or
-
refuse service
where reasonably necessary to prevent:
-
fraud;
-
payment abuse;
-
chargeback abuse;
-
unauthorized use; or
-
violation of the Terms of Service.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Certain jurisdictions may provide additional cancellation, refund, or digital-goods rights.
Where local law grants non-waivable rights, those rights prevail over conflicting provisions of this Policy.
13. Modifications to This Policy
FalconBridge may modify this Subscription and Refund Policy periodically.
Material changes may be communicated through:
-
email;
-
in-app notices;
-
billing notifications; or
-
publication within the Service.
Continued use of paid services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
