Agreement is easy. Action is not.
I see this distinction constantly in my work. Someone will read a sentence, nod, tell me it makes complete sense - and then carry on exactly as before. Agreement costs nothing. It doesn't require you to change anything about how you're living.
A real question is different.
You cannot find one and walk away from it the way you can walk away from an answer you merely agree with. A genuine question has a way of following you. It shows up in the shower, in the car, at 2am. It doesn't ask for your intellectual agreement - it asks for your attention, again and again, until you actually sit with it.
This is part of why I built Stay With The Question sessions the way I did. The point isn't to hand someone a satisfying answer they can nod along to. It's to help them stay long enough with the real question that something shifts - not just in what they think, but in what they do.
If there's a question that's been following you lately, I'd like to help you stay with it.
