Something I test on myself before I teach it to anyone else.

I hold multiple questions at the same time. Not to answer them all at once. To watch how they start playing out.

Something I test on myself before I teach it to anyone else.

I hold multiple questions at the same time. Not to answer them all at once. To watch how they start playing out.

What I have found, over years of doing this and coaching others through it, is that the process is more doable than people expect. You do not have to have clarity before you begin. You do not have to resolve one question before you are allowed to carry another.

You wake up in the morning. You ask yourself your question. You let it define the day. Not by forcing it. Just by holding it.

And then you watch what starts to move.

I have clients I have been working with for three years. They have made real progress. Not because I gave them answers, but because they found the questions worth staying with.

That is the whole methodology. That is what I have spent years refining. And it is what Stay With The Question is built around.

If you have been circling something and your thinking has not moved it, I want to work with you.

One 50-minute session. We find the question underneath the one you have been asking. The one your mind can actually work with.
