There is a difference between relief and resolution, and most of us reach for the first while quietly telling ourselves it is the second.
I've started a YouTube channel. It is where I'll be working through the questions that thinking alone does not resolve, slowly, the way I would with a client.
This Wednesday I'm sitting with four of the questions I get asked most often. How we confuse relief with resolution. How we mistake one stage of a process for the whole of it. What a "revolving door" question looks like, the kind that creates movement without progress. And why a life is shaped by the quality of the questions we are willing to stay with, not the answers we eventually find.
There are no quick fixes in it. Just four questions worth sitting with properly. The full video goes up on Wednesday, and you can subscribe now so it reaches you when it does. If you are carrying a question that thinking has not resolved, that is the kind of work I do one to one.
